Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. Usually we will declare the items with lower value to save costs for you.
Most time the package won't have customs problem, but every shipping method is not 100% safe.
If the package held by customs in my country, We will resend it.
If the package held by customs in your country, you need to solve it by yourself. We can't solve it.
